Psychology-Driven Copywriter

I turn what your customers think feel and struggle with into copy that makes them feel understood — and gives them reason to act

I'll help you figure out what your audience needs to hear—and then I'll write it

I’m Kyle (Brendon Kyle Blalock)

I believe good copy isn't just about finding the right words.

It's about understanding the person reading them.

What they want.

What they're worried about.

What they've tried before.

What they're secretly hoping will change.

And sometimes, what they're feeling but haven't found the words to articulate yet.

That's where I come in.

I combine direct-response copywriting with a background in psychology and a genuine interest in human behavior to create marketing that connects with people on a deeper level—without losing sight of the conversion.

Copy starts with the person—not the product.

Before I write a word, I want to understand who I'm writing to.

Because your customers don't wake up thinking about your features, your funnel, or your marketing strategy.

They're thinking about their lives.

The problem they want solved.

The outcome they want.

The frustration they can't shake.

The thing they've been putting off.

The version of themselves they're trying to become.

My job is to bridge the gap between what you sell and what your customer actually cares about.

That means digging into your audience, studying their language, understanding their motivations, and finding the emotional truth underneath the surface-level problem.

Then I turn those insights into copy that sounds human, feels relevant, and moves people toward action.

What I write

My Approach

Understand the audience

Before writing, I research the people on the other side of the screen.

Their problems.

Their desires.

Their objections.

Their language.

Their beliefs.

And the emotional context surrounding the decision you're asking them to make.

Turn insight into copy

Once I understand the person, I can start writing to them—not at them.

I use those insights to develop the hook, angle, story, argument, offer, and language that will make the message feel relevant to the reader.

The result isn't psychology for the sake of psychology.

It's copy with a reason behind every word.

Find the human insight

The most interesting part usually isn't the obvious problem.

It's what's underneath it.

Why does this problem matter so much to them?

What are they really hoping will change?

What are they afraid will happen if nothing changes?

What do they wish someone would finally understand?

That's where the strongest messaging often lives.

Refine for clarity and conversion

Connection matters.

So does action.

I'll make sure the final copy isn't simply interesting or emotionally resonant, but clear about where the reader should go next—and why they should care enough to take that step.

Your audience is made up of people

Your copy should remember that.

If you're looking for a copywriter who cares about both the psychology behind the message and the performance of the message, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
